IMPORTANT:

CTO & QB moved from the current distribution model through DKF to a direct download system via CTO website.
This means that in the future, DKF members will access CTO products directly through CTO, rather than receiving them via DKF.
This transition has been introduced to streamline access, better protect the integrity of CTO’s services, and support the
continued strength of the DKF/CTO partnership.
It will also help to maintain a rich defence offset ecosystem and secure affordable business intelligence resources for DKF Members and our community.
The existing DKF package, which includes a single-user licence for both the CTO newsletter and Quarterly Bulletin,
remains available under this new model.

What You Need to Do:

1. Register Via Email: Please email subs@cto-offset.com stating your name, email address, organisation, and status as a DKF member.

2. Sign Up: CTO team will set up an account for you to access CTO products directly from the CTO website (https://www.cto-offset.com ).

3. Log In: You will receive a username and password reset link for your CTO account. Please log in via our website to access CTO products and archives.
